Disclaimer
Education only
Everything we publish or teach is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any futures contract or other financial instrument. We don't know your finances or goals, and every decision you make is your own.
Risk of loss
Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Because of leverage, you can lose more than your initial deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
No guarantees
Past performance does not guarantee future results. We do not promise any income, profit, or funded account. Results depend on your skill, effort, capital, risk management, and market conditions, and they vary widely. Any examples, screenshots, or testimonials are not typical and are not a guarantee.
Hypothetical performance
Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Because the trades have not been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
Registration
HFT and its owner are not registered as investment advisers, commodity trading advisors, or broker-dealers with the SEC, CFTC, NFA, or any state authority. Nothing here creates an advisory or fiduciary relationship.
Affiliate links and third parties
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you sign up or buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Prop firms and other third parties are independent from us. Their rules, prices, and discounts change often, so read their official terms before you buy. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or content.

Our services include this website, free educational content, HFT Class #001, 1:1 mentorship, and related communities. Details for each are on its page and may change.
Purchases and seats
Payments are processed through Whop in U.S. dollars. Prices are one-time unless stated. Refunds, if any, follow the refund policy shown on the program page at checkout. All lectures, recordings, templates, and community content are ours and are for your personal use. Do not record, share, copy, resell, or publish them without our written permission. We may remove access, without a refund, if you do.
Community conduct
Be respectful. No harassment, spam, scams, or promotion of other paid services, and do not share other members' trades or information without their consent. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules.
Your trading is your responsibility
We provide education and feedback, not advice or trade signals. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and results. See the Disclaimer above.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms. You can stop using the services at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located there, unless the law requires otherwise.
