IRL to ERL

The lesson has four parts: an introduction, the timeframes, reversals, and continuations.

Slide 2 of 5 Slide 2: Introduction

Introduction

IRL to ERL is the framework you call your favorite. You trade from a gap to a high or a low. The chart shows price reacting from the shaded fair value gap and running up to the high.

Slide 3 of 5 Slide 3: Time-Frames

Time-Frames

The framework works on three timeframe pairs: Daily to 4H gaps, 4H to 1H/30M gaps, and 1H to 15M/5M gaps. You frame the move on the higher timeframe, and look for the gap on the lower one.

Slide 4 of 5 Slide 4: Reversals

Reversals

The reversals example from the agenda. Price drops, trades into a gap, and then draws to the external low.

Slide 5 of 5 Slide 5: Continuations

Continuations

The continuations example from the agenda. Price keeps going lower from the gap toward the external low.
